"We first came across Helen’s work when we were staying at the Inn at Whitewell and saw some of her photographs of the local area in the hotel shop. We were immediately impressed with their quality and style. At the time we were looking for someone to shoot some family photographs as an anniversary present and so we made contact with Helen.
From the very first ‘phone call I was impressed by her relaxed, friendly nature and her professionalism. We discussed our requirements, Helen sent a detailed quotation and a date was agreed.
When we met Helen for the first time on the day of the shoot she encouraged us to forget she was there and enjoy ourselves – which we did! The resulting images were extremely natural and relaxed. Helen had given a great deal of thought to the shoot and took us to several different locations. She left us to ‘do our own thing’ and the final photos reflect our enjoyment of the the morning.
Helen kept in regular contact with us during the processing of the photographs and was keen to discuss and meet our requirements, showing great attention to detail and making some excellent suggestions. We are absolutely delighted with final results and whole-heartedly recommend her service."
