Helen's portraits are informal but beautiful images of people in natural, relaxed settings. She takes portraits in people's homes and in their favourite outdoor places, avoiding the stilted formality of a studio, although studio conditions can be created where required. the result is a portrait of an individual or a family having fun, being themselves, and is an image that will keep memories alive for a lifetime and beyond. the images below reflect Helen's style, and were taken at the Inn at Whitewell stepping stones, the Trough of Bowland, Edisford Bridge in Clitheroe, and at the homes of several clients.
